No longer is virtualization a niche technology on the bleeding edge...It's a multi-billion dollar business that everyone wants in on. The business value is quantifiable and clearly, vendors see enough money to want to fight over control. Really, this is just the beginning. Virtualization is here to stay and it will continue to play a more dominant role in the future data center, which can only result in more vendor posturing.
